If you receive an email saying your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please start by contacting your local post office so they can ask the carrier what he or she did with your package. Often times the parcel is not seen as the package is smaller or larger than you anticipated or in a colored box/mailer which blends in with your surroundings. We are also aware of many instances where a USPS employee will scan your package prematurely and it will not actually be delivered for a day or two. Please also let us know in case we need to file a claim or possibly ship a duplicate order.
1. Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Domestic orders for in-stock merchandise generally ship within 48 to 72 hours via the USPS. All orders will ship via the USPS via Ground Advantage or Priority mail.
2. All orders for custom made items, such as drool bibs take on average 2 to 4 weeks to manufacture. All shipments are confirmed via email.
3. A secure shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed by the USPS, lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer.
